We DO NOT do estimates based on the NUMBER OF ROOMS, FOOTAGE or BY THE HOUR. We must perform a VISUAL INSPECTION of the site so we can be sure our estimate is fair and accurate. 

When you meet with us for a free estimate, you tell us everything you want done, and everything you do NOT want done. Your wish is our command.  You will receive suggestions and solutions for all of your cleaning problems. If the price does not fit your budget, we can offer alternatives. We are very flexible when it comes to find what is more convenient for the client.

 The initial cleaning is always a DEEP CLEANING. In this session we go the full length to reach every corner, from ceiling to floor, to reach every last speck of dust. The idea is to show the client how their house will shine every time we come to visit.  Beginning with the next session, we do MAINTENANCE CLEANINGS according to the wishes of the client: WEEKLY, BI-WEEKLY, MONTHLY, etc. The maintenance of cleanliness will depend on the frequency of cleaning and the degree to which the client collaborates.  The cost of the maintenance cleanings is always less than the deep cleaning, and is also lower when done more frequently.
